Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing (by email or via the portal through which the booking was made).

• Within 24 hours of booking: 100% refund of the amount paid.
• More than 24 hours after booking and more than 30 days before arrival: loss of the deposit (20–30%).
• 30 days or less before arrival: cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.

No refund is given for early departure or no-show.
